  This church reminds me of the story when Jesus made a whip and started whipping and turning tables (Mark 21: 12-13). This church makes the House of God into a den of thieves! Shame, shame, shame! I was appalled! It is not a place of worship! This place feels more like a club than a church, and has turned the House of God into a House of Merchandise, by selling coffee at their coffee stand, selling merchandise in their merchandise store, and they also charge you food for the after service "fellowship." A wonderful quote that will describe this place is from the great Charles Spurgeon, who says, " There will come a time when instead of shepherds feeding the sheep, it will be clowns entertaining the goats." Another great description for this church is the scripture from 2 Timothy 4:3-4, " For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables." It could not be ever more true about this church. One of the youth Pastors (Joey) quotes were: " The greatest Church movements in history always had haters. And majority of those haters were those in the Church. Moral of the story: Your job isn't to police the Church, it's to serve & build the Church." We are called to edify one another, " Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do." 1 Thessalonians 5:11. " Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another." Romans 14:19. We are called to judge righteous judgment, " Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment." John 7:24. Yes, we are to build the Church of God, but we are also to edify one another to live righteously. Moral of the story: " All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness." 2 Timothy 3:16. I would highly recommend to that Youth Pastor to " Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." 2 Timothy 2:15. If you were to put this church up against the world, you can not tell the difference. We are called to separation. " Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him." 1 John 2:1. " And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God." Romans 12:2. This church is very worldly and a parallel to the story of Mark 21:12-13. You will not find the GOD of the Bible in this church. They worship another form of god.

  I love this church. I moved back to my hometown for family reasons. Northwest Church in Federal Way will always be my church of choice. Hopefully I will get back there to see my REAL LIFE FAMILY. Love you all! Miss you.

  This is a growing living body of Christ. Here it's all about relationship with Jesus and a personal walk with him the focus is Outreach winning the Lost serving and giving meeting the needs of people bringing honor to the Lord and glory to his name by declaring his mighty works and miracles witnessed regularly Among Us.
